At times, out of goodwill, Dollicious accepts comfirmation of orders, which includes placed of order to supplier, before received of payment, as we trust our customers. Unfortunately, there are some cases that payment was not made after that. We would like to emphaize that payment need to be made before our comfirmation of your order. Your assistance will be highly appreciated. Kindly take note that we are unable to provide any stock availability for all, upon taking in your order. Only after comfirmation from our supplier, then we are able to provide stock availability. In the event of waiting for restock, factory might have stop production for some restock items that will result in "No stock" as well. We will inform our customers of this and make a FULL REFUND back. (Please be reminded it could be weeks later after the pre-order has been closed, and we hope for your patience and understanding.)

Upon ordering from our suppliers, confirmation & stock availability will then be advised. In the event of waiting for stock arrival, the factory might have stop re-production for some items and that will result in "No stock" status.

1) All goods are Pre-Ordered.For CLOSED PRE-ORDER, we do not accept anymore orders unless the CLOSED PRE-ORDER is re-open for ordering.
2) All prices are fixed unless discount is stated.
3) Description includes flat measurement in inches / cm, color and design. Kindly allow 2 – 3 cm or 1 - 2 inch of discrepancy.
4) We will not be able to provide the stock availability. Only upon ordering with our suppliers, then we will be advised on the stock availability. Thus, it will be after payment made by buyers then we will advise!
5) Goods will arrive in 4 - 6 weeks time (depending on the supplier’s production time) after our orders are made and finalized with the suppliers (confirmation given by our supplier). Your kind patience regarding the delay in production would be greatly appreciated.
6) All goods sold are non-refundable / exchangeable.
7) In the case of stock unavailability or stop production, a FULL refund will be made.
8) All goods will be checked for defects by the seller before mailing / meetup.
9) We are not responsible for lost mails if normal postage is chosen by the buyer.
10) Full amount for ordered goods shall be paid by buyers before the “Preorder” end date. Dollicious will only place an order with the suppliers upon receiving payment from the buyers only.
11) Local Postage: From $1 for ordinary mail, additional $2.20 for registered mail. Please note that postage charges are not fixed and varies according to the weight of items(s).

IMPORTANT : Purchase leadtime: 4 - 6weeks (when the items are placed with the supplier, not at the point of order placed or payment made) for stocks that are available. For stocks that need to replenish, will take up to 8 weeks.

Please note that we do not meet-up on weekends, only weekdays. Please email us in advance (at least 1 day given) to arrange, kindly note we do not entertain last minute arrangement.
